Shipping policy
Shipping and Delivery
General
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Råde, Norway. We collaborate with PostNord and Bring for domestic deliveries within Norway, and UPS for international shipments.
All orders are processed continuously, and you will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Delivery Time
Norway: 2–5 business days after the order has been shipped.
Europe: 5–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
Rest of the world: 7–14 business days.
During high-demand periods (such as product launches or campaigns), delivery times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen carrier.
For international shipments, local customs duties and import taxes may apply – these are the responsibility of the buyer.
For the EU, United Kingdom, USA, Scandinavia, and the rest of the world, shipping rates may vary.
Free shipping in Norway is available when using PostNord to parcel lockers.
Delivery Methods
You can choose between the following options at checkout:
Pickup point: Delivery to your nearest PostNord or Bring pickup location.
Home delivery: The package is delivered directly to your door (additional cost applies).
International delivery: Via UPS Standard (Europe) or UPS Express Saver (rest of the world).
Packaging and Volume
All orders are packed by hand and shipped in recyclable boxes made from FSC-certified materials. Bottles are securely protected, and each shipment is handled with a focus on quality and sustainability.
Uncollected Packages
If you fail to collect your package within the pickup deadline, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse.
For uncollected packages, we reserve the right to deduct a fee that covers our actual shipping and handling costs.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
Please inspect your package upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or missing, contact us immediately at support@alperfume.no with your order number and photos. We will review the case and either replace the item or issue a refund if the claim is approved.
International Shipping and Customs
For orders outside of Norway, UPS handles customs clearance and documentation.
All items are shipped with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning you as the customer do not need to pay customs duties or VAT upon delivery – this is handled by our logistics partner.
In some countries, additional documentation or customs delays may occur. Unfortunately, we cannot influence this process but will gladly assist you if needed.
Environment and Sustainability
We are continuously working to reduce the carbon footprint of our shipments.
All packaging is recyclable, and we use carriers that offer climate-neutral shipping whenever possible.
