Returns and Right of Withdrawal

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AL Perfume. If you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date you received the item, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.

Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be in the same condition as received, unused, and in the original packaging.
Have an unopened and intact seal on the box (for hygiene reasons, opened perfume cannot be returned).
Be returned within 14 days from receipt.
Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Send us an email at support@alperfume.no with your order number, name, and reason for return.

Download and complete the right of withdrawal form and include it with the email or in the package.

Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions and the necessary return documents.

Returns must be sent to: Falkeveien 5, 1640 Råde.

You will then receive a QR code from us that allows you to drop off the package at your nearest drop-off point, depending on the carrier (PostNord or Bring).

If you use the QR code, the return cost (NOK 73–106) will be deducted from the refund amount if the item is returned in approved condition.

Alternatively, you can return the item on your own, for example with Norgespakke (Norway Post parcel) or a similar shipping option. In that case, you pay the return shipping yourself and disregard the QR code. If the return conditions are met, you will receive a full refund.

Note: Items returned without a prior return request and approval will not be accepted.

Return methods

Option A: QR code from us (PostNord/Bring)
You receive a QR code and drop off the package at your nearest drop-off point. If you use this solution, the return cost of NOK 73–106 (depending on the carrier) will be deducted from the refund amount if the item is returned in approved condition.

Option B: Your own return shipment
You may return the item yourself (e.g., Norgespakke or similar). You pay for the shipping yourself and disregard the QR code. If the return requirements are met, the full amount will be refunded.

Damage and errors

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can assess the issue and resolve it where justified. Send a photo and a short description to support@alperfume.no.

Contact us if you are unsure whether an item can be returned.

Exchanges

If you want a different item, complete the return according to the rules above and then place a new order.

14-day right of withdrawal in the EU

For deliveries to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Items must be unused, with tags and in the original packaging, and you must have a receipt/proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@alperfume.no
